The paint protects your furniture against rust. Any scratches or bumps that damage the paintwork should be quickly treated using the Zaneti after-sales tools available (such as touch-up pens and sprays in the exact colour of your furniture). If rust begins to appear as a result of a scratch or bump, you should not sand it, but instead apply an anti-rust product as quickly as possible, and then repaint the area using the appropriate Zaneti touch-up pen or spray paint. If rust develops on stainless steel parts, then a polish (liquid or paste only) should be applied as soon as the first traces appear. The sooner action is taken, the less the rust will spread.
If you wish to take advantage of your guarantee, return your furniture with your proof or purchase to your retailer. The retailer will either make the necessary repairs on their own premises or transfer your case to the Zaneti after-sales service team. If your purchase was made online, please email us.
For its furniture, Zaneti chooses to use metal (steel or aluminum) for its incredible versatility. The metals we use are top-grade steel and aluminum.
Zaneti furniture can be either exclusively metal or a combination of metal and OTF (outdoor technical fabric, a type of PVC-coated polyester), woven polymer, or outdoor fabrics.
Zaneti furniture benefits from special anti-corrosion treatment for outdoor use. Two treatments are offered: the first is the High Protection treatment, which can be further improved with the second treatment, the Very High Protection treatment, which provides optimum protection for steel furniture that is constantly exposed to very wet, humid or salty conditions.
The paint used is a 100% polyester, anti-UV powder paint, subject to standard tests for baking, hardness, resistance to scratches and corrosion. It is applied electrostatically to the furniture for optimal coverage, and then baked at a very high temperature.
Zaneti furniture is designed and manufactured using recycled and recyclable materials. To help us protect the environment, please remember to take your packaging and any old unwanted furniture to your local waste disposal center for recycling.
