The Guarantee Charter

3-Year Warranty

Zaneti warrants all goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and of acceptable quality and durability for the purpose for which they are designed. Warranties and guarantees are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Periods

In addition to rights under Australian Consumer Law, Zaneti provides the following manufacturer’s warranty periods (from the original purchase date):

Structural Warranty – 3 years

Covers functional and structural aspects of the product such as welding, fasteners, rivets, and folding mechanisms.

Finish Warranty – 1 year

Covers premature and abnormal deterioration in the appearance of the product’s materials, such as fading, where the product has been used and maintained in accordance with Zaneti recommendations.

Component Warranty – 1 year

Reason Bases (base component of the Agora Table).

To maintain warranty coverage, products must be used in the location or use for which they were designed. Products designed and manufactured for residential use are not warranted for use in commercial or high-traffic settings.

How to Lodge a Claim

If an item arrives missing parts, is faulty, is defective, or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.

The best solution depends on the nature of the issue and the outcome that works best. Where a claim is accepted, we may arrange one or a combination of the following:

  • Send missing parts or components
  • Suggest a method of self-repair (with an offer of compensation where appropriate)
  • Arrange a repair by a local tradesperson (with an offer of compensation where appropriate)
  • Replace the product (subject to availability)
  • Offer an alternative product
  • Offer a partial or full store credit voucher or refund

Freight / Transport and Other Costs

Where a warranty claim is accepted, warranty remedies do not include transport, freight, removal, reinstallation, or associated labour costs.

At the discretion of Zaneti, we may extend coverage to include transport or related costs in specific circumstances. Any such extension is provided as a one-off gesture and does not create an ongoing obligation or precedent.

What This Policy Does Not Cover

This Faults and Warranties policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage arising from improper assembly, installation, or modification
  • Damage arising from abnormal use, misuse, or abuse
  • Damage, wear and tear as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care (e.g. fabric, leather, timber)
  • Damage to external or product packaging only
  • Damage occurring during your own handling and transportation of goods from a Click & Collect pick up location
  • Insignificant minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain, or finish
  • Insignificant minor imperfections or superficial blemishes

Your Consumer Rights (Updated)

The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, broken, or otherwise non-compliant with a consumer guarantee, please contact us with your name and order number and our customer care team will assist.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
